Delivery Policy

At TAWADA, we are committed to providing fast and secure delivery service to our customers. We strive to ensure that our products reach you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Details:

1. Delivery Time: Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days within Morocco, and 10 to 15 business days for international delivery.

2. Delivery Costs:

  - Within Morocco: Free delivery for all orders over 500 MAD. A delivery fee of 30 MAD will be charged for orders below this amount.

  - International Delivery: Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order and the geographic location.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information so you can follow your order until it reaches you.

4. Secure Packaging: We ensure all our products are carefully packaged to arrive in excellent condition.
